چکیده
اختلال اسکیزوفرنیا اختلالی مزمن و ناتوان کننده است. در این اختلال، مهارت های اجتماعی بیمار به شدت آسیب می بیند. برنامه بازگشت به اجتماع در کنار ویژگی های فراوانی که دارد، بر ارتقاء مهارت های اجتماعی بیمار، نقشی اساسی بازی می کند. این برنامه یکی از زیر برنامه های مهارت های زندگی اجتماعی و مستقل است. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثر بخشی برنامه بازگشت به اجتماع بر ارتقای مهارت های اجتماعی بیماران اسکیزوفرن بود. شرکت کنندگان این پژوهش را بیماران مبتلا به اختلال اسکیزوفرنیا (n=20) که در مرحله بهبود نسبی به سر می بردند تشکیل می دادند که در قالب یک طرح نیمه آزمایشی به دو گروه آزمایش (10n=) و گواه (n=10) تقسیم شدند. سپس شرکت کنندگان گروه آزمایش برنامه 16 جلسه ای بازگشت به اجتماع را دریافت نمودند. ابزار پژوهش (مهارت های اجتماعی ماتسون) نیز در دو مرحله پیش آزمون و پس آزمون توسط شرکت کنندگان تکمیل گردید. نتایج تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با کمک آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس نشان داد که اجرای این برنامه بر ارتقای مهارت های اجتماعی بیماران موثر است. گرچه این یافته ها مقدماتی هستند اما پیشنهاد می شود که این برنامه را در جهت ارتقای مهارت های اجتماعی آسیب دیده بیماران روانی مزمن از جمله اسکیزوفرنیا، به کار ببندند.
